一 | 11月19日，全市攻坚清理影响振兴发展问题工作会议召开，复盘总结采沉区避险搬迁、堆场环保问题整治工作成效，对攻坚清理十个方面影响振兴发展重点问题进行安排部署，动员全市上下进一步提振信心，激发斗志，一鼓作气、乘势而上，巩固成果、扩大战果，冲刺四季度、打赢攻坚战，努力完成全年目标任务。 Academy Award-winning composer AR Rahman is expanding his vision beyond film soundtracks and global concerts with the launch of a brand new music production and creative facility in Kohima, Nagaland. 二 | 市委书记高键出席并讲话，市委副书记、市长王庆海主持，市人大常委会主任赵乐韬、市政协主席于万军出席。　　会议指出，努力完成全年各项目标任务，持续巩固稳中有进、稳中向好的发展势头，需要全市上下发扬攻坚克难精神，坚决清理影响振兴发展的问题，不断增强抚顺实现高质量发展的后劲。各级各部门要统一思想、深化认识，保持攻坚克难、迎难而上的决心和状态，紧扣高质量发展首要任务，把清理问题与拼经济、抓改革、惠民生、保稳定有机结合起来，聚焦十个方面影响振兴发展重点问题，细化问题清单、目标清单、措施清单，直面矛盾问题不回避，铲除顽瘴痼疾不含糊，应对风险挑战不退缩，为抚顺荣誉而战，为人民幸福而战，奋力开创抚顺全面振兴新局面。　　会议强调，要拓展发现问题的眼力，增强政治责任感、历史使命感，提高把握运用政策的能力水平，永葆务实严谨的工作作风。要提升解决问题的效力，立足于早、着眼于快，事不过夜、紧抓快办，真正办出成效、办出“抚顺速度”。

三 | 要保持狠抓落实的定力，锚定目标不放松，坚持苦干实干加巧干，真正把问题一个一个解决到位。要增强领导带头的引力，加强党的领导，强化党政同责，各级领导干部要深入一线、现场办公，做到既挂帅又出征。要激发动真碰硬的活力，勇于刀刃向内，坚持实事求是，在攻坚克难一线识别考察干部，树立重实干、重实绩、重担当的鲜明导向。要凝聚团结攻坚的合力，四个班子齐上阵，县区部门比境界、比格局、比合作，深化地企合作共建，发动用好社会力量，共同讲好抚顺故事。　　会议要求，要统筹抓好年底前各项工作，始终把完成全年目标任务作为重要政治任务，加强经济运行监测调度，落实好各项存量政策和增量政策，全力拼经济、抓招商、落项目，加强督导、压实责任，推动各项工作争先进位，坚决打赢攻坚之年攻坚之战。　　会上播放了《动真碰硬攻坚克难全力破解避险搬迁遗留问题》《抚顺全力推进堆场环保问题整治一心为民出实招多措并举见实效》专题片，4个部门单位作交流发言，7个县区作表态发言。
