C | 专家建议，只有守住烟火气，才能留住真“淄”味。 中国旅游研究院李隆辉向记者表示，八大局是当地居民的日常市场，外地游客来到八大局就是为了深入体验、融入当地的生活方式、生活节奏，品尝当地美食。“所以八大局的发展，一方面要注意保留当地的原生态、淄博‘淄’味，另一方面相关管理部门要提升治安、卫生、环境、交通等各个方面，提供更多暖心服务。
